SENIOR HARDWARE DESIGN ENGINEER

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineers to join our development team. You will be responsible for the design, development and validation of hardware subsystems used in line-of-sight and SATCOM data link systems deployed in Türkiye’s and the world’s leading UAV platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics or Communications Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design and development
  • Solid foundation in electrical engineering fundamentals and system-level thinking
  • Strong hands-on experience in RF and Microwave design
  • Proficient with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium Designer preferred)
  • Knowledge of high-speed interfaces, signal integrity and PCB layout best practices
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance and standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704 and MIL-STD-461
  • Practical experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and VNAs
  • Proficient in prototype assembly, soldering and hands-on debugging
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, fast learner and capable of solving complex technical problems independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop and validate RF/Microwave hardware and embedded subsystems
  • Lead schematic and PCB design activities for high-speed digital, analog and RF circuits
  • Perform circuit modeling, simulation, and performance optimization
  • Support prototype bring-up, hardware debugging and functional verification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including embedded software, digital design and mechanical engineering
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for design, development and testing activities
  • Contribute to system integration and field testing
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing and production validation
