SENIOR HARDWARE DESIGN ENGINEER

We are looking for Senior Hardware Design Engineers who may meet the following requirements and will take res-ponsibility in line of sight (LOS) and beyond line of sight (BLOS) RF communication and data link military projects, to be used in Turkey’s and the World’s leading UAVs;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from related Engineering departments of the Universities (Preferably Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Electronic Communication Engineering etc.)
  • Must have strong EE fundamentals with the ability to design high speed digital and or analog systems, including circuit modeling and simulation
  • Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RF and Microwave design
  • 5+ years of hardware design experience with Schematic and PCB design tools (Altium Designer preferred)
  • Experience in high-speed interfaces and understanding of signal integrity
  • Experience with high density, high-speed PCB layout design
  • Must have hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification and manufacturing support
  • Experience in design and testing for EMC/EMI
  • Experience in MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461 standards
  • Must have some hands-on lab experience in soldering, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNA
  • Work with all cross-functional teams (embedded software, digital design, mechanical design, etc.)
  • Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers
  • Quick learner and has good problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English

  • Design, development and validation of RF/Microwave hardware and subsystems
  • Manufacturing follow-up, and testing/debugging support
  • Take charge of the hardware design of new products
  • Supporting for integration and field tests
  • Documentation for design, development and test processes
